This is a very unique opportunity to learn from real Okinawan Masters (four masters from three styles in one event!). As this event is supported by Okinawan Government, you can tell that all masters are real. One of masters is Yonekazu Uehara Sensei (8th dan IOGKF). He is Nakmura Sensei’s senior instructor at Higaonna Sensei’s dojo (some of you might have met him at World Budosai in Okinawa this summer). This is his first visit to North America to teach Karate. Another master you may know is Choko Kyuna Sensei (Shorin Ryu 10th dan). He came to one of our MCF in Niagara Falls. He is a good friend of Higaonna Sensei. As this event came to me from Okinawa Government through Higaonna Sensei.
NYC Goju Ryu Karate-Do/Jutsu to invite you and your students, to a three-day training seminar with the United States Chief Instructor Sensei Gene Villa. (7th Dan).
This event is open for both national and international instructors and students.

This year’s MCF will feature outstanding international instructors: world chief instructor: Sensei Tetsuji Nakamura,Sensei Torben Svendsen from Denmark, Sensei Bob Smith from Bermuda and Sensei Gustava Tata from Agentina. In addition, Sensei George Seahorn and Sensei Mirko Buchwald will be teaching.
I have two main objectives for the MCF: 1) To provide an event that emphasizes camaraderie and friendship among all IOGKF members. 2) To put together a dynamic training schedule that fosters growth, understanding and sweat! I am sure this year’s MCF will more than meet your expectations! The training schedule provides every skill level and rank the opportunity to train extensively over the four days of the festival. I have included seven hours of training for our younger members age 6—12. They will have the opportunity to train with each of our special guest instructors as well as training with Sensei Steven Smith and Sensei Josiah Hanks. I have also included a special guest instructor seminar with Mr. Roy Harrington, who will be conducting a Tactical Knife Seminar.
